Mr. Goldman, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of GreatPoint Energy, is responsible for finance and accounting, investor relations and public affairs, strategic planning, development, and risk management. With twenty years of energy industry experience, Mr. Goldman brings deep understanding of the global energy market and extensive development, structuring and finance experience. Russell Landon, Managing Director, Canaccord Adams
Mr. Landon has been with Canaccord Adams for 15 years, having joined Adams Harkness in 1993 (which was acquired by Canaccord Capital in 2005). He founded the firm's Sustainability practice which encompasses energy and power technologies, recycling and environmental solutions, green buildings and water technology. Having had several roles at the firm, Russ was head of the Investment Banking Division for five years and also established the firm's consumer practice, Healthy Living. Marlene Motyka, Principal, Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP
Ms. Motyka is a principal in the Business Valuation practice of Deloitte Financial Advisory Services LLP (Deloitte FAS) and the national leader of the Women’s Initiative (WIN) for Deloitte FAS. Ms. Motyka has supervised and performed a variety of valuation and consulting engagements including the valuation of electric generating projects, renewable energy projects facilities, gas, electric and district heat transmission and distribution networks, and tangible and intangible assets along with the impact of carbon regulation on valuations and financial reporting. She has also advised clients who manufacture components for alternative energy generation, energy efficiency and emerging technologies. In addition, Marlene serves as the leader of the Deloitte FAS carbon and climate change service offerings which focus on providing valuation, advisory and forensic and dispute services to clients across a broad range of industries.

Mark Riedy, Member, Mintz Levin
Mr. Reidy is a member in Mintz Levin's Washington, D.C. office, in the firm's Corporate and Energy and Clean Technology practices. He focuses on the representation of renewable and conventional energy, clean technology, communications, infrastructure, environmental, and investment fund clients. In his more than 30 years of practice, Mark has represented clients in domestic and international matters, including energy and infrastructure, project development and debt and equity financing contracts, mergers and acquisitions, technology outsourcing, investment fund structuring, venture capital structuring, and regulatory and legislative issues. Mr. Richardson is a Managing Director & CEO at Global Energy Investors and responsible for leading the firm's business development and capital raising functions. Along with the Managing Director, Project Finance, David also manages GEI's relationships with project developers, bank finance and project equity partners. Together with the other Managing Directors and Advisory Board, David is responsible for the overall investment, asset management, strategic planning, and operations of the Firm and funds. About the Finance Series

In 2010 the Council is organizing a series of events designed specifically for clean energy financial executives. It will address such topics as how to manage federal dollars (for those pursuing or receiving federal grants or loans), strategies for financing demonstration projects, and best practices for pursuing grants and low-interest loans.
