Duties: responsible for developing and testing thin film organic photovoltaic devices. Conducts experiments to modify the process and device parameters to optimize efficiency, yield and lifetime of the device. Conducts failure analysis of photovoltaic cells and modules. Develops processes for commercial roll-to-roll production of photovoltaic modules.

Minimum Requirements: Masters of Science in Electrical, Chemical or Materials Engineering or a foreign equivalent OR Bachelor’s Degree in the above PLUS 5 years experience

Special requirements: Familiarity/experience with semiconductor materials/polymers.

Reports to the R&D Lab Manager.
