Current Job Opportunity Summary:
CSG is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Contractor Manager to work for its Residential Construction Division. This position will be based out of our Corporate Office in Westborough, Massachusetts

Responsibilities:
• Work with support staff to ensure timely and smooth scheduling and completion of the sub contractor work.
• Work with Contractor Manager in quality control review of thermal contracts, air sealing and insulation work orders and plan diagrams and take corrective action as needed. Estimate the length of job and deployment required for each thermal job reviewed.
• Resolve customer concerns and document resolution and QC findings for the file and in
CSG's software.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors to fix any QC problems or customer issues.
• Conduct post and in-process QA/QC inspections, post combustion safety testing, and IR scans on installation of wall insulations.
• Assist in the roll-out of various programs, projects and initiatives as it relates to the contractors.
• Provide technical support and training for field staff, and contractors including CSG insulation standards, air sealing, use of blower door and diagnostics.
• Monitors sub-contractor performance and sets expectations holding them accountable for compliance with program requirements.

Qualifications:
• 3 years experience in retrofit residential insulation work, energy conservation and residential energy auditing preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and project management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proven team player
• Self starter with good presentation skills, problem solving and superior written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Blower door diagnostic
• Must be able to carry 30 lbs and be able to crawl in attic spaces as needed
• Flexible schedule, some evenings and Saturdays will be required.
• Must have valid drivers license and safe driving record to be approved to operate a company vehicle.
• BPI certification a plus

Salary: $50,000-$55,000

Compensation package: includes participation in group incentive plan and paid holidays, 80% paid medical, 50% paid dental, paid life & AD&D and paid STD & LTD insurance coverage, plus employer matching retirement plan
