Current Job Opportunity Summary:
CSG's Residential Conservation Division is currently seeking full time, entry level, field staff for its energy efficiency, utilities programs in Massachusetts. The primary responsibility is performing air sealing work in homes in Central and Eastern MA, to improve comfort and energy efficiency. Air Sealing jobs are scheduled by CSG Call Center with customers participating in one of the utility sponsored programs.

Responsibilities:
• Seal air leaks in attics and basements in homes
• Learn air leakage diagnostic skills using a blower door
• Develop effective air sealing techniques and applications
• Interact with customers to explain the application and benefits of air sealing
• Follow company policies and safety procedures
• Complete job paperwork on time

Qualifications:
• Work well on a team
• Ability to follow up and follow through; reliable
• Able to carry 25 lbs and crawl in attic and basement spaces when needed
• Learn and perform a variety of air leakage diagnostic tests
• Good writing, verbal communication, and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license, clean driving record with no DUI's, and reliable transportation
• Experience in residential construction or as part of an insulation crew a plus
• Travel to the jobsites is required and is reimbursed following the RCD mileage policy
• Training will be provided
• Education requirements - minimum high school graduate, trade school a plus
