This role will report to the Vice President of Manufacturing and will work with technology development, product engineering, purchasing and internal and external resources to develop the manufacturing process and supply chain for fuel cell and fuel reforming components and systems.

Requirements include the following:
• 3 to 7 years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Hand-on attitude and experience with metal fabrication from prototypes to production.
• Experience with forming, welding and stamping; diffusion bonding a plus.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated experience bringing prototypes into production.
• Experience working with evolving fabrication and assembly processes and emerging product scale-up.
• Ability to improve processes at all stages; from prototypes to mature products, with an emphasis on cost reduction and quality improvement.
• Experience selecting and working with outside manufacturing resources.
• Experience with specification of welds and pressure vessels.
• Able to work with minimal direction.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience creating, editing and updating process documentation.
• Organized, productive, self-motivated professional comfortable with many areas of responsibility.
• Absolute integrity and a solid work ethic required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced start-up company environment.
